At LAD Training Group, we aim to make our registration and payment process simple and secure for all students. We use Stripe as our trusted third-party payment processor to handle all transactions safely and efficiently.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including:

• MasterCard

   

• American Express

   

• Discover

   

• Apple Pay / Google Pay (on supported devices)

   

All payments are processed securely via Stripe, a PCI-compliant platform used by millions of businesses worldwide.

Course Registration & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot in a course.

   

• Spaces in our classes are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

   

• After your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your course details.

   

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 7+ days before training: 100% refund or full credit toward a future course.

   

• Less than 7 days: No refund, but we will apply your payment as a credit toward a future course.

   

• No-shows or day-of cancellations: No refund or credit.

   

If LAD Training Group must cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a new date.

Custom or Private Training

Custom training sessions, private group bookings, and in-home instruction may require a deposit or full pre-payment, depending on the scope of training. These sessions follow the same refund and rescheduling policy unless otherwise specified.

Payment Security

All payments are encrypted and handled directly through Stripe. LAD Training Group does not store or have access to your full credit card details. Stripe is fully PCI DSS compliant and trusted by organizations around the world.
