If LAD Training Group must cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a new date.
Custom training sessions, private group bookings, and in-home instruction may require a deposit or full pre-payment, depending on the scope of training. These sessions follow the same refund and rescheduling policy unless otherwise specified.
